Three-phase Smart Meter Field Tester

1. Use the instrument strictly in accordance with the operation process to turn on the instrument power supply → connect the instrument end test line → connect the power meter test lead and clamp meter → set the test parameters → verify → remove the power meter test lead → turn off the instrument → remove the instrument End test line. Note: Clamp meter “+” is current, and “-” is current output. The middle color of clamp meter represents phases: yellow-A phase, green-B phase, red-C phase.

2. Check the connection method of three-phase four-wire energy meter: When measuring three-phase four-wire, connect the Ua, Ub, Uc, COM voltage terminals of the instrument to the measured energy meters Ua, Ub, Uc, and COM respectively; A, B, C phase current end access meter Ia, Ib, Ic; pulse input device access to the power meter photoelectric socket.

3. Check the wiring method of three-phase four-wire energy meter: When measuring three-phase four-wire, connect the Ua, Ub, Uc, COM voltage terminals of the instrument to the measured energy meters Ua, Ub, Uc, COM respectively; A, B, C phase current end access meter Ia, Ib, Ic; pulse input device access to the power meter photoelectric socket.

4. Check the wiring method of single-phase energy meter: Select instrument A, B, and C phase voltage terminals to access the measured power meter "fire" line, U0 access to the "0" line; optional A, B, C One of the phase current clamp clamps to the current line of the electric energy meter; the pulse input device is connected to the photoelectric socket of the electric energy meter. Note: 1. When the instrument takes the voltage from the inlet of the fire wire, the clamp meter shall be connected to the live wire, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the calibration error; 2. When the instrument takes the voltage from the outlet of the fire wire, the clamp meter shall Receive FireWire into the line, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the calibration error.

5. Pulse input connection According to the verification method used, connect the corresponding pulse input device (optoelectric sampler, manual switch or electronic energy meter pulse input plug) to the photoelectric head socket.

6. Simultaneously verifying the main and sub-meters. Taking the three-phase four-wire meter as an example. When verifying the main and sub-meters at the same time, besides the pulse connection, the wiring is the same as the three-phase four-wire connection (please check the three-phase four-wire connection method). Pulse wiring method, pulse acquisition line 1 is connected to the main table, pulse acquisition line 2 is connected to the sub-table)
